After building a processing and service team of over 100+ and setting up numerous title joint ventures with real estate partners, he and his business partner sold their title business to Fidelity.

Jim brings over 20 years in the mortgage banking and broker space. Jim leads all operations of Sympli Mortgage from implementing strategy to ensuring that your brokerage is compliant, profitable and growing.
Frank A. Felice
Frank is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Sisu and Sympli Mortgage. He has years of experience in starting and scaling SaaS companies through rapid growth to industry market leaders.
Lenna McCartney
Lenna brings over 30 years in the mortgage banking and broker space acting in many roles including mortgage underwriter, loan officer, processor, operations manager and national trainer. She leads our ProMortgage Processing company that supports our Sympli Mortgage brokerages

Sisu is the majority owner of Sympli Mortgage. Brian is currently the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Sisu.
